BHA is committed to partnering to create abundant, attainable, inclusive, and sustainable housing that gives all residents of Broomfield an opportunity to thrive.

Partnership may be general support for a project to BHA participating as a partial owner in the project possibly resulting in exemption, in whole or in part, from property taxes, special assessments, sales and use taxes during construction, and/or other

benefits.
