  • Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH)

    Works collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for families, children, and individuals who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness throughout Colorado. CCH advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being and stability of those it serves.

    A citizen-led initiative to encourage safe, legal parking locations for individuals and families experiencing homelessness who are living in vehicles in Colorado’s Front Range communities.

  • Property Tax Exemption and Deferral Programs

    There are a number of different programs for property tax exemptions and deferrals available to Broomfield homeowners who are senior citizens, persons with disabilities, Disabled Veterans, and surviving spouses.     Broomfield homeowners may qualify for the Partial Property Tax Refund Program! This program is available for Broomfield residents who are homeowners, have lived in their home for at least two years, meet the income qualifications and are a Senior (65+) or resident with a documented disability.

  • Broomfield Utility Rate Assistance Fund

    Broomfield households may qualify for the Utility Rate Assistance Program. As long as the person is a Broomfield resident that either owns or rents within the jurisdiction and is at or below the 100% AMI (average median income), they will qualify for the program.
